Reklai, Raphael Ngirmang is attempting to replace five chiefs of Ngarabaimelekeong namely, Ruluked, Kazumoto Renguulbai, Tkedsau, Belhaim Sakuma, Ngiratekau, Viviano Mad, Olikong, Policarp Basilius and Ngirmang, Moses Uludong. This is the first time in the history of Palau that five title holders are being removed from their seats among the chiefs of Melekeok. The five Chiefs that are being removed by Reklai represents five major clans and the traditional foundation of Melekeok is being shaken by this careless and improper act.

On Tuesday, September 13, 2011, Ngetibuchel Uchel Mekreos came to my office as your messenger informing me that I have been removed from my title as TKEDSAU of the NGARABAIMELEKEONG. It is my understanding that you have allegedly removed me, and installed Danny Ongelungel as the new Tkedsau.
